This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through our website, service-request and ordering processes, customer communications, and related business operations. 1. Personal Information We Collect
The categories of personal information we collect depend on how you interact with Ready Waste.
A. Contact and Identity Information
Examples include your name, company or organization, email address, telephone number, billing contact, and authorized account contacts.
B. Service and Project Information
Examples include service address, billing address, ZIP code, project or property type, requested service, equipment type and quantity, delivery, pickup, or service dates, placement and access instructions, gate, enclosure, or jobsite details, waste or debris type, septic-system information supplied by the customer, photographs or documents voluntarily submitted, and notes concerning permits, deadlines, or project requirements.
C. Transaction and Order Information
Examples include quotes, orders, service selections, pricing and fee information, billing status, payment status, refunds, cancellations, customer-service agreements, agreement acceptance records, and communications concerning an order.
When payment functionality is active, payment-card or bank information will be collected and processed by the applicable payment processor. Ready Waste does not intend to store complete payment-card numbers or online-banking credentials in its application systems.
D. Communications
Examples include emails, telephone calls, text messages, form submissions, customer-service conversations, quote and order communications, and feedback and complaint information. Telephone calls may be recorded only if Ready Waste actually records calls and appropriate notice is provided.
E. Device and Website Information
Examples include IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, date and time of access, general location inferred from IP, and cookie and similar technology identifiers.
F. Location Information
Ready Waste may process service addresses, map coordinates, placement coordinates, address-autocomplete results, and approximate location. Precise device geolocation will not be collected without appropriate notice and permission.
G. Information from Business Partners and Other Sources
Examples include customers' authorized representatives, contractors, property managers, vendors, service providers, public business records, and referral sources.

A. Regional Service Providers and Vendors
Ready Waste may provide the information reasonably necessary for an independent regional provider to evaluate, schedule, deliver, service, pump, haul, exchange, or remove equipment or materials associated with a customer request. Only information reasonably needed for fulfillment is disclosed.
B. Technology and Business Service Providers
We may disclose information to providers of website hosting and cloud infrastructure.
C. Professional Advisers
We may disclose information to attorneys, accountants, auditors, insurers, financial advisers, and compliance consultants.
D. Legal and Safety Disclosures
Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, subpoena, court order, or government request, enforce agreements, investigate fraud, protect rights, safety, or property, respond to emergencies, or establish or defend legal claims.
E. Business Transactions

F. At the Customer's Direction
Information may be disclosed when the customer requests, authorizes, or directs the disclosure.
5. Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising
Ready Waste does not sell personal information for money. Certain privacy laws define 'sale' or 'sharing' more broadly and may include disclosures involving cross-context behavioral advertising, analytics, or similar technologies. If Ready Waste engages in activity legally considered a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, we will provide the notices and opt-out mechanisms required by applicable law.
7. Communications, Email, and Text Messages
Transactional messages may concern quotes, orders, delivery, service, pickup, billing, or support. Marketing email recipients may unsubscribe through the message or by contacting Ready Waste. Marketing text messages require any consent required by law. Consent to marketing is not a condition of purchasing services. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency may vary. STOP may be used to opt out of marketing texts when SMS functionality is active. Transactional communications may continue when necessary to administer an active request or order.
8. Payment Information
When online payments are enabled, payment information will be transmitted directly to the applicable payment processor. That provider will process payment information under its own privacy policy and security practices. Ready Waste may receive transaction identifiers, payment status, limited billing details, and information needed to administer the order, but does not intend to receive or store complete payment-card numbers.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to administer quotes and orders, provide service, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, comply with legal obligations, and protect against fraud or abuse.
Retention periods vary based on the nature of the information, the customer relationship, contractual requirements, tax and accounting rules, insurance requirements, litigation or dispute needs, and security and fraud-prevention requirements.
When information is no longer reasonably required, we will delete, de-identify, or securely dispose of it in accordance with our retention practices, subject to lawful exceptions.
10. Data Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information in light of its nature and the risks associated with its processing. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

16. Children's Privacy
Our website and services are intended for adults and business users and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If we learn that such information has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it, subject to applicable law.

Third-party services, websites, payment processors, mapping providers, and social-media platforms have their own privacy practices. Ready Waste is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites merely linked from readywaste.com.
18. Business-to-Business and Authorized Representatives
A contractor, employer, property manager, or other representative submitting information must have authority to provide information concerning the relevant company, property, contact, or project. Business contact information may be used to administer the commercial relationship and communicate about relevant Ready Waste services.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised policy will be posted with an updated 'Last Updated' date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before applying a material change.
