Terms of Service
Effective Date: August 17, 2026Last Updated: August 17, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between Ready Service Group LLC, doing business as Ready Waste ("Ready Waste," "we," "us," or "our"), and the person or entity accessing readywaste.com, requesting a quote, placing an order, accepting a service proposal, or otherwise using our services ("Customer," "you," or "your").
By submitting a service request, accepting a quote or order, electronically agreeing to service-specific terms, or using services coordinated by Ready Waste, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the applicable portions of these Terms. Merely browsing informational pages does not create an equipment rental or service order.

1. Ready Waste's Role
Ready Waste coordinates waste, sanitation, pumping, hauling, equipment-rental, and related site services. Ready Waste may arrange services through independent regional providers, haulers, sanitation companies, pumping companies, disposal facilities, subcontractors, and other service partners ("Service Providers").
- Ready Waste may act as the customer-facing coordinator, broker, reseller, contracting party, billing administrator, or account manager depending on the order.
- Service Providers may perform physical delivery, servicing, hauling, pumping, disposal, exchange, relocation, or removal.
- Service Providers are independent businesses and not employees of Ready Waste unless expressly stated otherwise.
- Ready Waste remains responsible for the obligations it expressly accepts in the customer's finalized order.
- The Customer must direct order changes, scheduling requests, complaints, pickup requests, and billing questions to Ready Waste unless instructed otherwise.
2. Eligibility and Authority
The Customer must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have legal capacity to enter an agreement
- Have authority to order service for the property, company, project, or account
- Have authority to provide relevant contact, site, billing, and project information
- Obtain any necessary permission from the owner, tenant, general contractor, property manager, municipality, or other controlling party
For business orders, the person accepting must represent that they are authorized to bind the business or organization.
3. Quotes, Estimates, and Service Availability
Website examples, preliminary estimates, market benchmarks, and unapproved pricing are informational only and do not constitute a binding offer.
A binding order requires:
- Approved service location
- Approved service configuration
- Final customer-facing pricing
- Applicable taxes and disclosed fees
- Service availability
- Customer acceptance
- Required payment or approved billing terms
- Order confirmation from Ready Waste
ZIP-code entry alone does not guarantee service. Address qualification does not guarantee a particular delivery date. Availability may vary by Service Provider, equipment, disposal facility, material type, weather, access, permitting, and local conditions. Ready Waste may decline, revise, or require manual review of a request before acceptance. An online price becomes binding only when it is contained in the accepted order snapshot, subject to expressly disclosed variable charges and customer-caused changes.
4. Order Documents and Order of Precedence
The following documents may govern an order, listed in order of precedence if there is a direct conflict:
- Final order confirmation or signed service proposal
- Order-specific pricing and service snapshot
- Service-specific agreement
- These general Terms
- Informational website content
Market examples do not override order-specific terms. Historical orders retain the terms accepted at the time of order. Later database or website changes do not retroactively alter an accepted order.
5. Customer Information and Order Accuracy
The Customer must provide accurate information, including service address, billing address, contact details, product quantities, material or waste type, tank information, access conditions, placement instructions, project dates, permit status, and gate, lock, enclosure, surface, and clearance details. Ready Waste may rely on the information supplied.
Inaccurate or incomplete information may result in repricing, delays, failed-service fees, additional labor, equipment changes, service refusal, or cancellation. The Customer must promptly notify Ready Waste of changes.
6. Pricing, Taxes, and Variable Charges
An order may include base service price, delivery, pickup or removal, included rental period, included disposal weight or volume, included servicing frequency, taxes, permit-related charges, environmental or disposal charges, payment-processing treatment where lawful, and other specifically disclosed charges.
Variable charges may include excess weight, additional disposal volume, additional rental days, additional sanitation services, additional pickups or pulls, exchanges or relocations, dry runs or failed trips, contamination, restricted or prohibited items, special handling, digging or tank locating, hose-distance charges, difficult access, emergency or after-hours service, damage, theft, fire, vandalism, or loss, cancellation or rescheduling, and municipal or disposal-facility assessments.
Applicable rates and allowances will be drawn from the accepted order-specific pricing snapshot or final proposal. No generic website example overrides the accepted order.
8. Recurring and Automatic Billing
Recurring billing may apply only when the final order expressly discloses the amount or method for determining the charge, billing frequency, initial term, renewal or continuation terms, included service frequency, method for cancellation, required cancellation notice, and any removal or final-service charges.
For portable sanitation, recurring billing may include an initial 28-day rental period (paid upfront), subsequent 28-day billing periods, one weekly service when included by the order, additional weekly service charges, and continued billing until properly cancelled and equipment is recovered, when stated in the accepted order.
Separate affirmative consent is required before activating recurring charges. The Customer will receive a practical method to cancel recurring billing, subject to applicable notice, scheduled service, equipment-recovery, and outstanding-payment obligations.
9. Electronic Communications and Acceptance
The Customer agrees to conduct transactions electronically where permitted. Electronic records may include quote acceptance, order acceptance, agreement checkbox, typed signature, click-through acceptance, payment authorization, email confirmation, or recorded acceptance where lawful.
Ready Waste may preserve the agreement version, order snapshot, date and time, customer identifier, pricing snapshot, acceptance record, and relevant technical audit data. The Customer may request a copy of an accepted agreement by contacting Ready Waste.
10. Transactional Communications
By providing contact information, the Customer authorizes reasonable communications concerning the quote, order, delivery, service, pickup, removal, pumping, billing, safety, access, and customer support.
Transactional consent is different from marketing consent. Marketing calls, texts, or emails must use any separate consent required by law. Consent to marketing is not a condition of purchase. When SMS is enabled, message frequency may vary, message and data rates may apply, you may reply STOP to opt out of marketing texts, and HELP for assistance. Transactional communications may continue where necessary for an active order.
11. General Site Access and Safety
The Customer must provide safe and lawful access, adequate clearance, stable placement area, clear route, unlocked gates where required, removal of vehicles, materials, snow, ice, or obstructions, and accurate underground, overhead, septic, utility, and property information.
The Service Provider may refuse unsafe or inaccessible service.
The Customer must not direct a driver or technician to violate law, exceed safe equipment limits, enter unsafe terrain, block public access unlawfully, place equipment beneath unsafe overhead hazards, or perform work beyond the accepted scope.
12. Permits, Property Rights, and Site Approvals
Unless the accepted order states otherwise, the Customer is responsible for permits, right-of-way approval, homeowners' association approval, property-owner permission, municipal approval, jobsite authorization, placement approval, and utility-location requirements. Ready Waste may provide general permit information but does not guarantee that a permit is unnecessary.
13. Placement and Property Conditions
Heavy equipment may affect asphalt, concrete, pavers, gravel, landscaping, curbs, sidewalks, driveways, septic components, underground utilities, irrigation, or soft ground.
Customer placement instructions are subject to driver or technician safety judgment. Ready Waste and the Service Provider may refuse a requested placement. Customer is responsible for identifying concealed conditions. Surface-protection boards may reduce but do not eliminate risk.
14. Service Windows, Delays, and Force Majeure
Service dates may be scheduled by day or window rather than an exact time. Estimated times are not guarantees unless expressly confirmed.
Potential delays include weather, traffic, road closures, equipment failure, vendor capacity, disposal-facility conditions, emergency conditions, government action, labor disruption, unsafe site conditions, or events beyond reasonable control. Ready Waste should communicate material delays when reasonably practicable.
15. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds
The accepted order will identify applicable cancellation deadline, change deadline, cancellation fee, restocking or mobilization fee, same-day fee, failed-trip fee, nonrefundable amounts, and refund timing.
Cancellation before dispatch may receive different treatment from cancellation after dispatch. Custom, permit, disposal, mobilization, or vendor-incurred costs may be nonrefundable. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method where reasonably available. A service failure caused by Ready Waste or its provider will be evaluated under the accepted order and applicable law.
16. Portable Sanitation Terms
Portable sanitation services may include 28-day billing cycles when selected, included weekly service, additional service frequency, and removal scheduling. Recurring-billing cancellation and equipment recovery applies when specified.
Placement must be accessible to servicing equipment. Customer may not relocate units without authorization. Customer must provide clear service-day access. Missed service caused by blocked access may not be refunded. Contamination, prohibited waste, damage, theft, vandalism, fire, or tip-over are the responsibility of the Customer. Event rentals may have different terms than long-term rentals, as specified in the accepted order.
17. Roll-Off Dumpster Terms
Container size and dimensions are approximate. The accepted order snapshot dictates the accepted debris type, included rental days, additional-day charges, included tonnage, and prorated excess-weight charges. Disposal-facility weight tickets determine final weight.
The Customer must observe the maximum legal and safe load. Material must remain below the fill line and be loaded evenly, with no material protruding from the container. Prohibited and restricted materials are not allowed; contamination subjects the Customer to special-disposal charges.
The Customer must provide access and pickup clearance. Dry-run, failed-trip, relocation, and exchange charges may apply. Street placement and permits are the Customer's responsibility. Driver discretion applies to placement safety. Customer must contact Ready Waste for pickup or issues, rather than relying on contact information printed on third-party equipment.
18. Septic and Liquid-Waste Terms
Routine pumping scope is based on customer-supplied tank information, tank size and number, lid location, and exposure. Additional charges may apply for excavation or locating, excessive hose distance, site access issues, additional volume, disposal charges, grease, solids, chemicals, unusual contents, unknown or damaged components, or additional tanks.
Pumping is not an engineering inspection and does not guarantee system condition or future function. Repair, inspection, jetting, excavation, or emergency work is excluded unless expressly ordered. The technician may stop work if conditions are unsafe or materially different from those disclosed.
19. Commercial Front-Load Terms
Commercial front-load service is generally subject to an accepted commercial proposal or service agreement. Potential terms include container size and quantity, pickup frequency, service days, monthly charge, additional pickups, contamination, overage, locks and gates, enclosure access, blocked containers, delivery, relocation, removal, washout, contract term, renewal, price adjustments, termination notice, and disposal or operating-cost adjustments.
The commercial proposal controls over general website descriptions.
20. Multi-Service and Multi-Site Orders
One project may include multiple service components. Ready Waste may provide one consolidated proposal or multiple service schedules, separate operational records, consolidated or separate invoices, and different providers for different service categories.
Delay or cancellation of one component does not automatically cancel another unless the accepted order says otherwise.
21. Customer Inspection and Notice
The Customer is required to reasonably inspect delivered equipment, placement, visible damage, quantity, service completion, and invoice information. The Customer should promptly report problems to Ready Waste.
22. Prohibited Use
The Customer is prohibited from unlawful activity, loading hazardous or prohibited materials, unauthorized relocation, equipment modification, subleasing, overloading, burning, entry into containers or tanks, interference with safety devices, use inconsistent with instructions, false or fraudulent orders, unauthorized payment methods, website scraping or attacks, and attempts to circumvent access controls.
23. Title, Ownership, and Equipment Recovery
Rental equipment remains the property of Ready Waste, the Service Provider, or the identified equipment owner. The Customer receives only temporary authorized possession.
Ready Waste or the equipment owner may recover equipment at the end of service, after cancellation, for safety, for nonpayment, or as otherwise allowed by the agreement and law. The Customer must provide reasonable access for removal.
24. Warranties and Disclaimers
Services are provided according to the accepted order and applicable law. Ready Waste does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, exact delivery time, a particular Service Provider, disposal-facility availability, suitability for an undisclosed purpose, outcome of septic-system operation, or complete absence of delay.
25. Limitation of Liability
Subject to applicable law, Ready Waste's liability may exclude indirect damages, consequential damages, lost profits, lost business, loss resulting from customer-supplied misinformation, and delay outside reasonable control.
[COUNSEL REVIEW REQUIRED]
26. Customer Responsibility and Indemnification
Customer responsibility may cover third-party claims arising from the Customer's unlawful conduct, prohibited materials, lack of authority, unsafe instructions, property information knowingly supplied inaccurately, unauthorized equipment use, and breach of the accepted agreement.
[COUNSEL REVIEW REQUIRED]
27. Dispute Resolution
The Customer agrees to contact Ready Waste first for good-faith resolution, provide written notice of dispute, and allow a reasonable informal resolution period.
- Governing Law: [COUNSEL TO COMPLETE]
- Venue: [COUNSEL TO COMPLETE]
- Arbitration: [NOT INCLUDED WITHOUT EXPRESS COUNSEL APPROVAL]
- Class Waiver: [NOT INCLUDED WITHOUT EXPRESS COUNSEL APPROVAL]
28. Chargebacks and Billing Disputes
The Customer should contact Ready Waste promptly about a disputed charge. Ready Waste may provide the payment processor with the accepted agreement, order record, service tickets, weight tickets, photographs, communications, and transaction records. Knowingly false disputes may constitute breach or fraud.
29. Suspension and Termination
Ready Waste may suspend or terminate access or service for nonpayment, fraud, unsafe conditions, abuse or threats, prohibited materials, repeated blocked access, material breach, or legal or regulatory requirements.
Where reasonably practicable, Ready Waste should provide notice and an opportunity to cure, except for emergencies, safety risks, fraud, or unlawful activity. Termination does not eliminate accrued payment or equipment-return obligations.
30. Website Content and Intellectual Property
Ready Waste owns or licenses its website design, text, logos, graphics, software, service-selection tools, and original content. The Customer is permitted ordinary personal and business use of the website, but unauthorized copying, resale, scraping, or misuse is prohibited.
31. Third-Party Links and Services
Third-party websites and platforms are governed by their own terms. Ready Waste is not responsible for unrelated third-party websites merely because the website contains a link.
32. Privacy
Ready Waste's collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
33. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Revised Terms will be posted with an updated Last Updated date. Material changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise permitted by law. The terms accepted for a completed or active order will continue to govern that order unless the parties validly agree otherwise.
34. General Contract Provisions
These Terms encompass the entire agreement and incorporate severability, no waiver, assignment, headings, electronic records, survival, and no third-party beneficiaries, except where an accepted order expressly provides otherwise.
Ready Waste may assign the agreement in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale, subject to applicable law. Customer assignment requires consent where reasonable because of site, payment, and credit considerations.
